Cat Tien National Park Welcome to the web site of ForestFloorLodge. We hope you find it interesting and that you will consider staying in the tranquil atmosphere that the Cat Tien National Park can provide. Information has been put together to guide you through what you can expect to find here, the background of our enterprise, the National Park, the tours we offer and partnerships we are forming. Cat Tien is one of Vietnam's most important national parks: home to some of the world's most critically endangered wildlife. Our aim is to provide you with comfortable accommodation, making your stay not only enjoyable but also informative, and at the same time supporting conservation in Viet Nam. Overlooking the Ben Cu Rapids, the converted ranger's station provides an excellent lodge for dining, relaxing at the bar and provides a small facility for meetings. It is situated about 1.6 km away from the Park Headquarters, which is accessed by a small river ferry. We provide an electric cart to collect you (and your luggage) from the boat landing and HQ area, although many people enjoy the walk in the morning or evening.
Our staff are here to help you enjoy your visit and look forward to meeting you. We are all dedicated to making the enterprise work and many of us are from local communities ...
We aim to cater for your needs, whatever they may be. Many people, of course, come to the Park to see the wildlife: which can either be arranged by us, or independently by you (or a tour operator). However, not everybody wants to go trekking for long distances in the jungle, but many forest sights and sounds can be appreciated from our elevated walkways or nearby footpaths. For those with impaired mobility, we have provided ramp access wherever possible and will endeavour to make further improvements over the coming years.
